• EZCardio Software assumes no liability or responsibility for errors or omissions in information provided in the software.
  
  
• Software is non-refundable unless proven defective. We encourage you to try the demo version. The demo has the same functionality as the full version but includes a limited number of cases.
  
  
• By downloading the software, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of the software license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of the agreement, please do not download the software.

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

OWNERSHIP
The SOFTWARE is the property of EZCardio Software and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. EZCardio Software retains all rights, title and interest, including all copyrights, in and to the SOFTWARE and all copies thereof.

LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify the SOFTWARE or any portion of it. You may not sell, lease, transfer or sublicense the SOFTWARE. You can make archival copies, which must contain all copyright and other proprietary notices present in the original SOFTWARE.
With the INDIVIDUAL license, the SOFTWARE can be used by ONE individual on ONE computer only. With the SITE license, the SOFTWARE can be used by an UNLIMITED number of users on an UNLIMITED number of computers at a given corporate or institution site (ONE physical site/address, not website or intranet serving multiple sites).

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVEN DEFECTIVE, REIMBURSEMENT CANNOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PRICE OF THE SOFTWARE.
IN NO EVENT WILL EZCARDIO SOFTWARE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF EZCARDIO SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
